Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail in discreet, plain packaging. No product names, logos, or identifying information appear on the exterior of the package.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is $9.99 on orders under $100. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery Times

USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 1-3 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

Tracking

A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your order at usps.com or through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Packaging

All compounds ship in discreet plain packaging with no reference to the contents. Products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit.

Shipping Address

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aminoaxis.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
