Purity Guarantee

AminoAxis guarantees all compounds meet ≥99% purity as verified by third-party HPLC analysis. If any product fails to meet this standard, we will issue a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@aminoaxis.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact support@aminoaxis.com immediately with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. All sales are final once the product has been received and accepted by the customer, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bitcoin refunds will be issued to the wallet address provided by the customer.
