How it works
Concentration is the peptide amount divided by the bacteriostatic water added. The volume to draw is the target amount divided by that concentration. On a U-100 insulin syringe, 1 ml = 100 units, so the unit marking is your draw line. More water means a lower concentration and a larger, easier-to-measure volume.
